Baths, showers and Jacuzzi's all offer great benefits.

Take hot baths with Epsom salts and soak for twenty minutes, then wrap yourself in a towel, completely covered from your toes to your head, and sweat for another ten minutes or so. You will feel like you have had an expensive spa treatment.

Make a bubble bath and add some color or a wonderful scent.

Do a body scrub with a pair of gloves. Or go to a spa where they do it for you. Your skin will look and feel amazing afterwards.

If you live near a body of water, try to visit the water as often as you can.
