Keep a dream journal by your bedside and in the morning write down anything you remember from the night before. It's a way of being good to yourself all night. Don't worry about what you remember even a small fragment will open the door to more. Your unconscious will be happy. You will be even happier.

When you awake, try to replay your entire dream in your mind. Write a brief description of your dream in your diary of dreams. Take a few quiet moments to connect with your intuition, as you review what you have written in your dream journal.
